Yesterday my phone fell down on me and I had to contact Customer Support. This is, at least a little, inspired by these events.

I wonder how much of these Customer Support sentences are pre-written. One wrote "This is Lovely. I'd be more happy to help." at the start, and I'm pretty sure if I had some actors I could make a great erotic short film out of this conversation!
